Could not enter property due to agressive dog

I would tell people not to stay at this property under any circumstance. The building is a very old under construction building with no lifts. We could not even enter the property as there was a dog right outside the door of a narrow hallway which was growling when we tried to walk past it. Seeing this, we'd called the caretaker who came after ten minutes and shooed away the dog. Right after the caretaker left the dog came back and we told the caretaker that we cannot stay here as the dog keeps coming back. Their ridiculous solution was to ask them each time the dog came back to enter and leave the property and they were not offering us any alternatives. We told them on call that we will not stay there and looked for other hotels. They got back to us after two hours while we were stranded in a new city offered us an alternate stay which we obviously denied after this experience. We thought a refund was justified since we could not even enter the property but this company denied it. Don't lose your money by staying at this property. Just spend the extra 500 for much better Air bnb's at that location as you will not be able to enter the property.

It was ok. The only thing is they promised me changing bedsheets n quilt cover after two days but they used to argue for this and cleaning everyday was not done without me asking for it and even after me asking for it it was nit done sometimes. Rest everything else was good. It’s a safe place for solo female traveler’s. Small but cozy! Good for a single person. In prime location of bandra west.

Terrible Stay

After travel-ling from my native 24 hrs, i just reached the room. And there was no water. I have wait more than 1 hour. And the problem didnt solves. And later i find another room. but there were rats.

businessThe place is super cramped, you can’t even open the front door fully as the bed comes in the way, towels were dirty and old, cheap toiletries, they have a few places in the same building i saw for one of the other properties the cleaning staff had dumped the old towels outside the house on the floor to be collected for laundry
