Staff was not that friendly to provide any needings and their repose was rude, except the person at reception. For dinner we ordered veg biryani but the rice was not cooked properly we asked them to change they denied. Breakfast was good and the manager there was good.

Badly behaved staff and no service, TV like guest house only

It is not hotel or resort. Like guest house you have it just to spend the night. Nothing is good and one should book in advance.

Hotel is good service is good but location is too bad

Hotel is good, staff, services and food are good but the location is too bad. You have to walk a lot to get an auto. No cab is available after 9:00 PM. If it is raining it's difficult to get even an auto also. Location is completely isolated.

Surely recommended. Suite room is excellent. Much more than my expectation. Very much spacious. Drawing room 4 sofa is there for sitting 10 persons.

I have booked 1 suite room and 1 deluxe room. Deluxe room is good and comfortable. Suite room is awesome. I am spellbound to see the room quality. Very much spacious. In MMT, it is mentioned 180 sqft. But actually it is more than 600 sqft area (bedroom drawing room). Both bedroom and drawing room ac and 32 led TV is there. Really unbelievable facility. Only 1 concern is that hotel location is on highway, 15 minutes driving distance from Bharuch main city location. But overall surely recommended for suite room.

I was in Bharuch for 3 days and this hotel was on the way. I found hotel room neat and clean. Comfortable bed. House keeping, stay, cleaning regularly. Food was also good. Staff at the hotel was good.
