groupthere was a shortage of staff at the hotel. nobody to help is with our luggage.. just one staff at the reception who did not even check our id. room was poorly maintained...no kettle, no tea/coffee bags, just one mineral bottle, tv not working...and to top it all nobody was there when we were checking out. when we called the mobile number provided, the person asked us to leave our key card on the table. thank god it was just one night we had to endure all this..

businessRooms are reasonably comfortable, but the 'moderization' appears to havebenn done in a hurry. Bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, no light for the mirror, no stool for the bucket, no soap tray, no dedicated towel hanger near the bathing area, wc set way too high, the list can go on and on!

Nice staff (security, helpdesk, room service, beautiful room with relaxing mattresses inside, chilling restrobar. Everything just perfectly reflecting it's name as boutique hotel. I was really impressed with the clean room and the way they gathered things after cleaning. Now this is one of top listed hotel upon my re-visit.

The stay at paddington was ok. But the room had only dim lights and toilet was not upto the mark. Rest all was fine and the restaurant ambience was nice.

We, a group of 6 people, stayed for just one night at the hotel. Overall we were quite satisfied with the facilities. Clean rooms, toilets, limited toiletries. The food at the restaurant was also good. Not a big array of dishes but we were quite satisfied. Free breakfast was again limited but suited our needs. All in all a good stay and we would like to return and stay there.

We were faced with the followings issues during our stay 1. There were a frequent power failures 2. No hot water working 3. No lock available outside the bathroom door 4. Food service not upto the mark.
