no morning break fast no kitchen. television is not working not as well air conditioner

worst experience with cockroaches in room, no free breakfast was offered, no glasses in room, no soap. very bad.

It was a horrible stay. 1. Bedsheets dirty 2. AC didn't work 3. Rude staff 4. No cutlery and bowls to have food (staff upfront said that they do not keep utensils for food) 5. All the pictures on the sites are fake 6. It was a dirty massy horrible horrible place to stay at. 7. The hotel does not have basic necessities 8. The room was extremely small. 9. Fake pictures all over. 10. Staff said they give rooms on an hourly basis, hence they do not keep utensils and basic necessities. All in all an extremely pathetic experience.

there is no any services provide as mentioned , no breakfast available, tooth paste , brush , towel, napkin ,chair ,hair oil ,and most important the receptionist are not ready for chek in process in the morning.

Overall experience was okay as there was no inconvenience in anything. Only felt disappointment when they had no iron press to offer🥲

Wonderful hospitality! the staff were truly friendly.

Please don’t stay in this hotel with family. It’s like a couple centre. With girls and boys coming for two hours and leaving. Rooms not cleaned with condoms packets in dustbin. No accessories provided.

The room was not clean and hygienic. Although the services like wifi and food from outside was good. And hospitality is fine.

Hotel was listed for 600rs on mmt so we booked it but when’s we tried to checkin they denied to give keys and said we cannot allow the booking as 600rs is too less for our rooms. The staff was very rude and made us wait for a very long time. I told them to cancel my booking and give my money back, they did not even agree to do it. Very bad experience please do not visit it

They charge me extra rs and also dont give me breakfast

I went to study for my exams hence didn't find much problem. But cockroaches in the bathroom, that too big ones. Bed bugs in the bed, no room cleaning in two days not even to empty trash cans. Bedsheet had small small hair on it. i understood why this place is non refundable. For someone who can adjust with small uncomfortable situations like this. It is a mini taj mahal to be in.

Property’s location - difficult to find food - wastage of your time hygiene - very dirty rooms & safety standards

Reception person was not good rooms were very small and the price of room was expensive lock in the room was not proper not as expected!

Had wifi issues plus TV issues and most importantly AC issues . AC was not working and they were not even changing our room. Wifi was very weak in the last room
