They don't have staff to serve you. You have to carry your luggage. Lift was directive. We stuck there. Wait for dinner till 12. 10 Am from 10pm, as they forget to serve it. Asked for water and provided only 2 small bottle for night. Waited for lunch for 1 hour. In breakfast they have provided only 2 option (puri sabji or Pau bhaji). Lots more was there which I will try to forget. I think this was my worst 5star stay

The rooms were cozy and comfortable with great amenities and the interiors were excellent. The food was great at Novotel the taste, the variety was amazing. Highly recommend the property to others.

Room itself must have mirror. Mirror is in bathroom only. Otherwise everything have been excellent.
