Good room size and prompt service as i reached late night.

We booked for 3 adults but we have given one double bed and one separate mattress and we were compelled to lay-on the floor after lot of request we have given bed for third one which is against the rule

The room was colder than it was outside. Upon repeated requests, they never provided a heater. Food was tasty, but they would leave dirty plates until the next day which is unhygienic. No one came to clean the rooms. There was no generator and it was inconvenient.
