Kind staff. All the other things are poor.

Only food quality was good, everything else was bad, my room didn't had electricity whole night, room was too small, room didn't even had space for a table where 2 person can eat dinner, I had to eat on bed.
Bed sheets and blanket not properly cleaned, room too small for a luxury room, room doesn't even had space for a table to eat.

Good property and food, but washroom was bad.
Not a good resort. Not updated and cleaned. There is no safety. Food was good. Playing space for kids. I will give 2 star. Property is so good.

Good part: Staff though less in number but well behaved and helpful. The manager Mr.Om bharti is a polite helpful and customer centric person so one has to report him things or ask for better service and he will ensure that. Similarly is the case with other staff. They try to compensate for the lacuna in infrastructure by their hard work. Bad part: The infrastructure is not good. During 4 day stay I switched in 3 rooms solely as the cable TV won't work. Being near the river and boundary wall incomplete at places often cows can be seen in the premises. Hardly any lighting at the pedestrian walkway of cottages. I had to literally use mobile flash all the 3 nights at walk ways. Worst part: On the last evening of the stay at around 5 pm I spotted at snake which coolly passed off from the cottage besides to the walkway which is dimly lit at night to the garden where guests are supposed to relax and enjoy playful activities. I immediately reported to the manager who himself came down and inspected and assured that snake is gone from premises. He informed that being near to river snakes are around the area but are not poisonous. Similar was the case of umpteen lizards who keep crawling outside on cottages. In the However I decided to not step out that night and left for Delhi the next morning as scheduled. Definitely my comfort level of resort dropped down for I don't want to be in a resort wherein their is a possibility to step on a snake.

You need to compromise on service.
Service staff do not believe in fast service and response.

Staff was not in proper uniform. Purely maintained property. One day they have a buffet and other days not. Geyser was not working. Tata sky subscription was expired. Curtain rod was bent. Poorly maintained the restaurant. Overall they lack professionalism.

The location and ambience was amazing. Really enjoyed alot.

Overall stay was good with major credit to the resort property and it is vicinity to River Byas.

Riverside location and excellent food service coupled with friendly staff made for a memorable experience.

Awesome location. Most loving food experience. On demand food was made available with most comfortable service. Lots of play area for kids around the cottages and of course the best location for couples too. Its a river facing location so you can just relax while listening the water running through stones.

Very bad experience in my life rooms are very small we buy hotel from make my trip Rs 4000 but if I buy from hotel they give me for RS 1500 same room many types of lizard in our room. No safe hotel with family.

Its an isolated place. Restaurant is expensive like a 5 star hotel. Staff is friendly. I stayed there for 2 days and there was no one except me. It was scary (river side (isolated) and only one security person. Infrastructure is 3 /5. Food 1/5. Security 2/5. Ambience 5/5. Outdoor sports 4/5.

Resort location was good but room washroom door lock was broken seat pan was crack blanket was trone they provide mosquito coil no good night is available even main door lock was broken food is not available shown in menu.

Location is really peaceful and beautiful view. Services are good by staff. Resort is really worth the price. I will recommend people to try this resort rather than going to crowded places of Manali or Kullu.

Location was awesome which is beside Beas river. Great staff, food needs to be improved a lot with addition of local dishes to the menu. On the down side staff should communicate further with English.

Stayed here for one night. It is just next to Beas river which is accessible from the hotel. If you love nature and want a scenic stay go for it. We had no children travelling with us but saw that there are plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. The rooms in luxury category are small so go for super luxury. Food is OK. Service needs improvement. If you want to stay one night at Kullu than this is the best place in Raison which is midway of Kullu-Manali ..

Great natural location, poor service, rooms are not clean, rooms price too high according amenities, staff working in slowmotion. Room service take too much time. Photos in website or fully photos hoped. Please change its name to confuse resort. Food quality accidentally good.

Pleasant stay, great location. Resort is close to beas river, they have maintained the property well. I could not find any hotel which has direct access to the river. Halan (snow point) is also near to the resort.

Excellent room.. Awesome view with amazing food.. Very courteous and polite staff... Would like to visit again very soon.. And would also tell our friends to stay in morpheus if at all the plan to visit Himachal Pradesh.

The location and the place is superb. There was a lot of confusions with the bookings. The place was full and the management was reluctant to check us in. After a lot of phone calls made to makemytrip the issue was finally resolved. The place made it the irritable confusion to rest.
