Their was no geyser in the washroom despite being a new building and their was no coffee pouch in the room, and they charged 30 rs for 1 liter for which the mrp was 20 rs. These things affected my experience, it might be not a big deal for others.

Lucknow stay for a month

Very good location. It is located at gomti nagar extension and hardly 15 mins from commercial hub of vibhuti khand. Also it is just 10 mins from phoenix palassio mall. I had stayed for around 35 days and the stay was very comfortable and the staff was very warn and helpful.

I would like to tell never ever come to this stay if you are with any female. They are charging for a water as well and when i reached at the room that time cleaner still cleaning the room and i was waiting for more than 20 min outside.

The Room condition was pathetic.Mosquito and Insects were there on Bed.Tiles of Bathroom was broken. TV was not having DTH.Bedsheet was not fresh.No bell boy to pick your luggage.Overall poor experience .

No basic things are given by hotel such as sugar,dental kit,comb etc .also hotel staff is not ready to provide breakfast and it is too less items from other and tea has been served without sugar .

it's too much worst and no maintaince. No denatl kit and asking 50 rupees for the dental kit by service ****** Bathroom no maintaince and even no proper bucket to fill water.No professionalism
