LUISA APPARTMENT AND VILLAS NEAR TO BEACH

The stay made our trip more beautiful. Everything was on point

I encountered an issue with the cleanliness of my room upon arrival. After bringing it to the attention of management, they acknowledged the situation and promptly arranged a room change, which i appreciated. However, it would be ideal if rooms were thoroughly checked for cleanliness prior to guest check-in to avoid such inconveniences in the future. Thank you to the management team for their responsiveness and assistance

There is no network at all in the room. Even wifi doesnt work. If u can ignore that problem then it is good.

Bad property and name used is fake. Its a shikara beach resort. Makemytrip is using name of luisa by the sea to make premium amount for the worst stay

We went there as our friends were staying inside luisa by the sea. It’s a gated community filled with small villas leaving very little open space. The entrance is from shikara beach resort (gmaps. This room was spacious, bed not too great and no tea or coffee is provided. We found a kind housekeeping lady who helped refill our water. The nice thing was that it was really close to the beach. The area is popular with middle aged - older tourists. I’d recommend this place for maybe 2 nights as it has more of a functional standard style room and because it lacks any sort of local character. Price wise, the area is full of large hotels and this is the market rate which is comparably expensive then the rest of goa.

The room given on first day was substandard , having very unpleasant feel. After complaint to the manager , he upgraded to good delux room next day. Thanks the as he supported. The stay was overall between average to good 👍. The Manager Abrahim was very supportive and generous, He offered us free breakfast too😊😊

Neither bed sheets were clean nor they gave us rooms in luisa but they gave in some other hotel adjacent to it, with no communication to reception and everytime we had to go down to ask for anything. Most terrible thing was we got dirty water while taking bath in washroom.

The apartments are spacious well designed with good hygiene practices. The property is close to the beach with a beautiful view towards the ocean. The staff is friendly and co imperative and well mannered. They do serve breakfast on very reasonable charges and menu options are good too. However it would be more helpful if they could have a dine in also for dinner at least. You have to order room service and they serve in the room which is not very good as i this brought from a different kitchen in packed form. Otherwise a good place to stay

Booked room and the room was spacious. But the lock to balcony was not working and felt unsafe. No dental kit provided. Water was not enough hot to take bath balance of food consumed by previous guest was available in fridge

The stay was pretty peaceful. The rooms were clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The only issue is that the rooms are quite old and some of the appliances were not working properly. We had to switch room late in the night because the acs were not working.

Certain facilities should be improved or looked into like room service, room freshner. Other facilities ok.

Stay is good, rooms are cleaned. No pantry service whatsoever - no tea no coffee no breakfast.

It was terrible, cant imagine a resort without a power generating back up, room service even if u discount ac not working properly. Ultimately had to shift to near by novotel fr night stay as there was no electricity and no back up even fr a fan. Rating 2 given because of good house keeping services.

Stays are very nice the view is mesmerising sunset shouldn’t be missed also walkable distance from beach makes it more cooler

It's a nice stay. Nice balcony and a good common rooftop option. Only few improvement needed. I suggest positively to owner to keep a pair of sleepers and a induction cooker with few cooking utensils for the guest. while checkout we wanted to handover keys to caretaker but he told on phone that i can left inside the apartment which we found bit unprofessional. During stay also we also felt bit less security of things you left inside the room due to casual attitude of caretaker. Otherwise the place is beautiful and lively with pool and nice ambiance. Overall Apartment is nice.
