It was a average place as it’s a bit old the bed was not that great could be bugs or some kind of insect that bits hence no proper sleep. Nothing against the staff.

What looks to be a great property is so poorly managed and very dirty. Smelly unkept corners, stinky washrooms, unwashed or absolutely torn out lenin.

Need a lot of improvement in servicing. I literally have to call 3 times to reception to fulfill small requirement.

Worst experience as they didn't provide the pool view room, it is very disappointing when you pay for a particular category room and at the time of check-in they tell you that room is not available, on top of it it was very unhygienic, washroom was uncleaned and pathetic, ac was switching off automatically every now and then.

Room was damp and mattress was broken not good balcony was full of pigeon shit. I will not recommend it to anyone

Pool facility is not there, and room was in very poor condition, not worth to book, lift was poor in condition

The hotel rooms were terribly dusty. The balcony was literally not touched for decades. The moment we entered the room, we could literally breath the dust. Curtains were dusty too. Furniture was dusty. After bringing to the hotel team we were shown other rooms to shift, but those too were in same condition. Only cleanliness was moping of the floor. Apart from cleanliness food was good. Staff were approachable.

The rooms had mold on the wall and bathroom. The ac was at 16 deg and couldn’t increase or decrease temperature, i got a cold by next day. Rooms phone wasn’t working to call the reception. The bathroom was stinking. At night, ac was going off and on every 30 seconds due to which i could not sleep the entire night. The only good thing about the hotel was receptionists were kind and friendly

Hi tuber unhygienic place, please avoid this is more an out room without clean sheets and washroom is even worse

Location is peaceful and its value for money. Don’t have much option for food in hotel but one can order anytime from swiggy and zomato

Property is like 3. 5 star. Need some modernization but overall it's very good. Morning breakfast is also very good. Priced at decent price compared to the food price in goa. Staff is also good.

Our stay was average. The problem which we faced was the size of the room.

They charged high price looking images is good but in reality is very bad this is old hotel bathroom also very bad

Hotel along with the location and price is really good. Only problem is that there is no hot water after evening so be ready for cold showeres after a long day. Secondly, the night staff is pathetic. Very shady and a big time liar. We requested for a late checkout, and he said that the room type we’re staying in is fully booked so we even asked him to upgrade our room and book us for another night as we don’t mind paying for an extra day as we had to check out at 7pm in the evening. He stated that the hotel was fully booked the next day but luckily the day staff helped us and let us do a latr checkout.

Staff was cooperative and all aminities was good. Rooms were airy and clean. Good service. I will prefer this hotel when i will come again

Staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful especially the chef is amazing they get the tea right every-time and potato vedges were amazing. The staff at the reception was also very helpful. But owner needs to put more attention to the property there's no maintenance, rusts are present things are broken

Absolutely pathetic hotel with staff who has no manners. The rooms were disgustingly dirty and stinky. The man at the reception was very rude and refused to clean the room. They let a random man barge into our room in the morning while 2 girls were sleeping. When we complained about it the guy at the reception very rudely asked us to check out. Don't waste your goa trip living in this rubbish hotel.

We were here for 3 days. The room is average. Bedsheets were stained, room phones werent working, tv was not connected, a/c once went off - reconnecting was a huge issue, and overall - it was pretty ok ok. One big big drawback is that they do not have alcohol at all, so you need to be prepared for that. But the positive part - the service was good & proactive. We never faced any issue as such with that aspect. What can be better - i think just overall - the appearance, look & feel, maintenance.
