businessSuit room was not having any balcony, single short blanket 4 feet blanket was provided, no fridge in room, no kettel for hot water, unsanitized bathroom, bathroom towel not available had to ring reception for this, no separating curtain/glass between bathroom and toilet, no shaving kit - not brushing kit, charged extra rupees for toothpaste and toothbrush at check out, cleanliness was major issues, big screen tv but limited tv channels in tv, while we checked in driver accommodation is available at staff room was promised but night duty manager denied at 11:30 pm. Not upto mark according to hotel industry.
