Location is near to all sites we planned to visit. Food options were very less for dinner but complementary breakfast was having multiple options and quality was good and food was delicious.

Worst hotel in Mysore. Hotel staff takes 3 hrs to deliver water bottles. The rooms are super dirty and pillows are gross. Please stay away!!!

Property not well maintained, lots of dust and ac were also not working upto the mark, feels cheated of the price been paid for a night in the hotel.

Worst experience. Except bed, nothing was there, even no curtains. Hotel and mmt both are scam.

Whatever was mentioned for Triple Bed AC Room, nothing I got. Even no curtain was there. The worst part is, They gave final bill with less amount by saying the rest amount we're paying

Horrible stay, cockroaches around the room. The pics are wrong room is smaller with no added facilities and you cannot have outside food or drinks

Minus for cleanliness. Found dead cockroaches in the room. The room was very small and the walls were old and there was seepage as well. I could see they haven't done dusting for a long a long time. Also the windows were jammed and not opening.

Hot water was not coming in the morning. We waited from 5. 30 to 6. 30, then we used normal water only. And because that planned place visit got delayed. Apart from that everything was good.

Only location is the advantage else poorly managed property, especially room allotted to makemytrip customer was shabby; linen was not clean and towels were unhygienic the front office staff was not at all presentable and good to talk to.

Room is very bad smell coming and bed sped colour not white floring tils dusts touch we are foot very bad room

Rooms were not ready by the time we arrived. Some discomfort smell was coming through out the stay. Ac was not operational. Staff was not so cooperating. Over all not so good experience.

Room was not maintained, bathroom door was not closing. I complaint to reception but no action taken. Bathroom and toilet was dirty. Only the atmosphere was good, ac was not working in one room.

Perfect location, well maintained hotel with necessary amenities and a good restaurant. Highly recommended

It's not worth the price. They charge 9k for 2 rooms for 2 nights. This property in mysore is not worth the expense.

I went night 12. 30 they told no room. After arguing with them they give one small dirty room. Morning 8 thy told to vacate the room. I send complint make my trip

I did not stay in that hotel as the room was smelled, bedsheet were dirty, pillow were dirty, room had water slippage marks, it was unclean. I had asked for a refund as i stepped out immediately of that hotel.

Good hotel, nicely maintained. Cleaning and staff too good. Bathroom quite slippery, take good care.
