room was similar too toilet, room was full of verse bad smell wastebin was also untidy room floor was broken , ac was also not working , wash room was also verse such an horrible experiance we faced over there.

The room service was highly unsatisfactory. Upon arriving approximately one and a half hours earlier than scheduled, we were informed that an additional fee of 800 would be required for immediate accommodation. This unexpected charge and the subsequent delay in securing our room resulted in a frustrating experience. The service provided was notably unprofessional, with a lack of attention to basic amenities such as changing the bedsheet and providing room cleaning services.

The system of 12 pm check in, is awful as most travel by train and reach early morning, early check in is charged extra!

They have not given the expected room. Only double bed is available. But i have booked for four beds

Bad experience, hotel rooms are not good, bathroom not good, staff behave rude

As flush was not working, i had to ask them to change the room, which they did. And i felt hotel was not worth for the money i paid
