Excellent Stay at BSG Absolute Porvorim!

Had a fantastic experience at BSG Absolute Porvorim. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The staff was courteous, and the service was good. Perfect location—close to NH66 yet peaceful. well-maintained facilities, and a relaxing ambiance. At the price with breakfast made it attractive as well, recommend!

The substitute manager was impolite and rude every-time we had to talk to him. He told us to talk to the manager in the morning every-time we had an issue. He tried to scam us by calling a cab to another location than ours and told the delivery driver to charge extra and deny drop for us mid 25 kms.

The hotel has not yet been constructed totally, all mess was on the floor, only first floor was in operation. No hot water, 8 am wanted to check out but staff was not available to give alternate hot water service. No proper communication by the receptionist, saying we don't give extra towels. It was a horrible experience because without proper operational i request not to start the hotel service. No lift service

The property is very well nestled in defence colony and right off the highway. Food was a delight since i had food at the hotel multiple times. Amenities and services were also up to the mark. And the biggest advantage was that its a non smoking hotel with mostly families and working professionals staying there.
