IORA BAGA BEACH

It’s near the baga river and average for the people. Parking is only limited to 03 cars and so it is only for solo travelers or who don’t take cars for travel. Rooms are average, pool is small and staff needs to be more customer oriented. Staff will be sharing their rules and regulations of the hotels first. It’s more about owner of the hotel than guests. Only food is good which is cheap and to be appreciated. Not much basic toiletries provided and rooms are small.

Nice room and good service. Only food facility was not there. Beaches are in walkable distance from hotel . 5min walkable from main road also .

1. The room was very dirty and no one came for the cleaning 2. No hot water was available in the bathroom. 3. The balcony was not clean for a long time. 4. Out of 6 charging points 4 were not in working condition. 5. Staff was not supporting

Good location. Near to baga sea beach. Food is good also. Cleaning is not happening in everyday. Need to clean the room.

Very much satisfied with service. Booked deluxe ac room for 3 persons and room is spacious and very well ventilated. Budget friendly beach front property with just a minute walk to baga beach. I specially had to call out the hotel food which is very tasty and served fresh and hot. Totally superb happy with my stay.

We stayed here for 1 day. Pros : 1. 1 min distance from beach cons: 1. Hot water was not available. We informed caretaker but he didn't resolved issue. 2. Coacoraches in bathroom (caretaker taken it out with bare hands) 3. Nearby properties check out timing is 12 noon but they asked us to checkout at 10 am

Room was not maintain, no refrigerator and location of hotel is not good over rated and terrif was also high

They not give proper service room was not same like picture they also not give welcome drink. Also ac was not proper working bathroom was not proper for taking bath there is buckets not awailable and showing pictures of room is different and they give us different room

This time iora was a disappointment.. Room was not maintained.. Cob webs most of the place. Door had cracks covered with sticker.. This was my second time here .. Property is situated very near to baga beach that's the plus point.

In goa it is better not to stay in such a hotel, it will dampen the entire spirit and vibes. Never for a family. No for couple. An advise to bachelors.

Good room, simple and plain. Good management service, easy checkin checkout, polite, few steps away from baga beach. Loved it

This property is very near the beach which is baga beach end. But the room and other facilities are not okay. I think it is not suitable for families and kids.

Major electricity issue. The a/c would take 5 mins to turn on and by the time power goes off. I've noticed the power cut for atleast 15 times. Considering you don't spend much time staying in a hotel in goa, noticing 15 power cuts is too much. We booked a balcony room but none of the balconies have the sea view. That's just waste of money. The staff was good though. Whatever room service was needed, they provided it immediately. Power cut was something they couldn't do anything about. But, they were quick in supplying candles and other room services were also fast. Food was okay. It wasn't cooked properly but the taste was okay.

The hotel is ok and near the beach. Bath rooms and bedrooms are clean but cockroaches found some where. Staff behavior is good
