Hotel Triund

There was no tv recharge in one of the rooms, which was not repaired despite repeated requests. Our experience has not been good. Called the manager but did not pick up the phone. Did not understand any responsibility. There was no convenience compared to payment.

Hotel rooms were average but there was no cleanliness in the washrooms. Infrastructure was not well maintained. It was old. Food was average but service was not good. No tea or coffee was available in the room. But the location of the total is near the market. But overall stay was not value for money.

Not value for money price of deluxe room, condition and service is not good.

It was great place to spent your holidays as it has facility of parking, easily approachable, rooms are quit better and service experience too good. The views from hotel are very cool, you can enjoy the wethear from balcony as well.

Located at distant from Triund trekking even after having name hotel Triund. Cleanliness is not at all there as the room we were given had washrooms with Spider webs and cockroaches instead of water and flushing facilities. Services were poor in regards to readiness of room and Geyser was not working and broken bed was given un of room. No glasses and water were served from themselves.

Nice trip.. Room service is good... But one room furniture is as old.. Food quality is good... Location is good... Parking facilities is good.. But LED tv not properly worked... Hotel staff was supportive and by nature very nice... Thanks

Food was very good ... But the cleaniliness was just average. And the second time we ordered chapattis they were brought in used foils ... Hotel had no generator (invertor) facility when the electricity conked off

Location and view from balcony excellent, Snow capped mountain and waterfall can be seen. Good food preparation, room services nice, helpful staff. Overall good only regret is that we are still. Cizens and got room on third floor. It would have been better if they could give us first floor.

Old pathetic dirty rooms .. The room and the furnitures were so old .. Didn't feel like sitting on the dirty cushioned chair .. Bedsheets and blanket were smelling. And bathroom .. That was stinking .. Moreover we called the person when TV was not working .. They didn't come ever. Won't recommend to anyone .. Highly priced for no facilities.

On reaching Ground hotel, we came to know that our booking has been shifted to a lower category hotel without change in price, as well as poor hotel. So, I would strongly advice not to book hotel with makemytrip. And I would like to ask compensation of equivalent amount at least from MMT.

The hotel is very close to bhagsunag temple. And walking distance to bhagsunag waterfall. It is at walking distance to main square. If you don't get taxi just walk. Traffic take long time than walk sometimes. Good hotel.

Reached with my family. The Receptionist was completely drunk. Rooms were not up to even the pictures shown. Very poorly maintained property. Assistance was provided to keep our luggage from the car to the room after repeated requests to the drunk manager who had no idea what was going on. Would never recommend anyone travelling with their family to stay

Provided me the Deluxe room where as I booked for the super Deluxe room. Room no 204. MMT can check from the hotel itself I paid 3000 for a pathetic room, broken chairs, dirty bathroom and awkward breakfast Very bad on part of MMT

Room was OK. Bathroom nees upgrade. Location is excellent parking also available but quite con jested. Staff was very good and Service excellent Value for money but need to have more options in breakfast

Booked a family suite at the cost of Rs. 4000 for four persons bed sheets had Marks on, bathroom smell is unbearable we asked for change of room and shifted to one double room which has okay bathroom. The management could have given us Two rooms so that 4 of us can sleep comfortably but they provided one extra mattress on floor and made us to adjust. My only suggestion is they are many better hotels at the same price go for them, don't book this. There is no balcony to family suite, no Wi-Fi range.

Value for money hotel. Food quality can be better. Price also on higher side. Near to bhagsu temple and bhagsu false. Room was very good. Service was quite good. The manager Mr. Dilip was very co-operative.

Value for money. Had a good time. Walking distance to various spots. Nice market also. Good budget hotel. Parking was great where the city is congested but still parking space provided is ample. Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is close to the top which sounds good but given the roads in the area its not very convielnient. There are frequent traffic jams. The upside is that the hotel had parking facility which is not that common in that area. Food was good but not value for money. No Wi-Fi service was in the room. There was Wi-Fi service at the reception. The room service number didn't seem to work. Also, there isn't a location to enjoy the sunrise.
