Sorry to tell you that bookings nowadays have become misery, hotel management is treating guests as a thrown away option. Amenities are not provided properly bath lines or not provided. Attitude of the front desk and room boys. There are no proper valves of the taps. Repeated reminder of not providing proper bathroom fittings has been neglected.
