Very bad experience. Nothing is up to mark. You should delete this hotel from booking portal. Neither tv is working nor phone is working. Services is very bad.

Very old property, lack of maintenance, very poor service. 1-2 old staf are there who are quite helpful. But overall a bad experience.

The property was good but the issue wad with it's maintenance. Linens were not clean and the phone was not working. The table was all dusty. If they hotel can be told to provide clean rooms to the customers, the property can actually do better.

Poor maintenance but staff are good. Good infrastructure but maintenance needs to be improved. The location is great.

Property wall was damped waler leakage in whole corridor bed sheet mattress pollows and bathroom was dirty food was not good and complimentey breakfast was worst that i have ever seen

Very poor service, horrible experience, basic aminities are not working. Intercom not working, tv not working, hand shower dripping and that too in an executive deluxe room. People in the reception don't pick up call. Horrible. Don't ever go there. In dhanbad 17 degrees and sonotel are better hotels

Only location is good otherwise food pathetic, wifi not working, stinking room, pathetic service, and washroom kit was horrible don't go and waste your hard earned money there.

Location best as it was. Food - worst even papad is not available. Amenities - nil. No bar no swimming pool no gym no spa. How it claims to be 4 star. Services - nil they have perhaps kept 6 to 8 person only including house keeping. I am really hurt after seeing the condition of skylardk which was the best hotel of dhanbad.

Terribly bad hotel. Room are faltu, ac not working, they changed my room twice, dg not working, bathroom water flow is pathetic, cleaning are third class. Food are unhygienic.

I reach hotel by night, it was water logged, only security person was ther who took me to a room which was below average, when i shown him the photographs he told currently this is the room i can give you. next day after so much if heater argument they changed my room

Comfortable stay in the city of dhanbad with in budget. Located at bank more it is easily accessible from station and connectivity for other locations is also easily available. Food is very good and staff is welcoming.

The hotel looked like when it was made it would have looked stunning but since it wasn't maintained properly, it has lost its spark. The room was spacious but had some kind of foul smell in the bathroom which was extremely unbearable. The windows wouldn't lock. Service was good, staff were helpful. The hotel however, had lost all its glamour, the furnitures weren't dusted properly and even were torn.

the overall maintenance of the hotel is not good. although staffs are very cordial and always ready to help but they don't have resources. items in complementary breakfast is very less. hygeine of the restaurant is not good

Good budget hotel with reasonable priced well cooked food and courteous staffs.

Thus stay was very pleasant. The staffs are warm and welcoming and the food is also good. Recommended for short stays with in budget. No thanks

Once a landmark hotel in dhanbad. Central located. But wear and tear of hotel can be seen everywhere. Only difference is courteous staffs.

The price charged by the hotel was exorbitant in comparison to the services offered and hygiene maintained. The ac was not working, even after complaints there was no improvement in cooling, the rooms were not properly cleaned, cockroaches were found moving and the food was not upto the mark in terms of hygiene and taste. The hotel management needs to introspect and carry out audit of its quality and service provided.

Bad experience. The room seemed as if not maintained since construction. The lights and air conditioner were non functional. The broken switch boards, other electric accessories, refrigerator, cupboards were upsetting. No proper staff service. A total waste of money stay.

I stay in hotel most of the time at different locations in india which is facilitated by my employer. This was first time i used for personal use and booked through make my trip. Food and even room was not meeting the expectation. As par city location and facilities is not meeting the rent and food quality even don't deserve the amount which they charged. It was bad experience for me.
