sad to say i lost money to book that hotel no value to stay 0 % i dont sleep in night becuse too dirty and mosquito too much

Stayed in the 3rd room shown because of the other rooms having would on the walls. Pillows are stained one in particular had food on it so needed to ask for replacement. Sheets not washed.

Very bad stay no buffet breakfast and no hot water rooms dirty, washroom pod have no water, bad experience with night stay moisturizer and mac-char too much

Wifi and tv not provide and room not clean and staff and honour is talk to very rudely and room so small booking picture room so big

बेडशीट गंदा, रूम में टेलीफोन की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं। बाथरूम गंदा था। लाइट के तार खुले थे। कॉकरोच रूम में घूम रहे थे। सबकुछ अच्छा नहीं था। पानी का बोतल भी नहीं दिया, WI fy बोला खराब है। टी वी भी बोला खराब। जब सब खराब है तो ऐसे होटल को आप लोग क्यों कस्टमर के देते रहते हैं।

Hotel santa inn is a good hotal for staying in night good behavior staff and comfortable room also clean and good maintenance

We booked 3 rooms, hotel rooms were very dirty. Room services was very poor. People at reception and room service were rude. Not safe hotel for girls. Lots more things i can say
