Due to heavy crowd, hotel could not enjoy the trip

Toilets & rooms are not hygienic. Basic things like towel, soaps are not available in room. TV sets were not working, every time called staff to repair it to watch it. Bed sheets, pillow covers are not washed cleanly. Over all not suitable for family stay.
