Hotel Roopa

The property was good and comfortable, ac needs improvement, and power cut issues faced.

Poor house keeping, bed covers torn condition, totally no maintenance. Condition of toilet fixtures are rectifications not attended. Tv for name sake only.

The hotel reception boy is very rude, the thing is we booked ac room but he gave us non ac rooms. After the conversation he gave us ac rooms

Well it’s not worth. Not proper cleaning, no hot water, water leaking in tap, no drinking water or glass in the room. The receptionist staff was very good, but the other cleaning staff did not turn on while i stayed for 3 days

Terrible hotel stay: dirty rooms, noisy environment, poor service, uncomfortable beds. Not recommended

Location is good but the rooms aren't maintained properly. No cleanliness in washroom, patchy walls, insects in the room made our stay terrible

Rooms are terrible, for price , no water , no cleaners, and fully dirt hotel , lobby is good for making fool to customers, afterwards you will realise, so hopefully everyone seeing this statement make sure check rooms before making payment ,

On make my trip, i find an location, not bad, but it need to renovate a little bit, outdoor is okay, but rooms are not much better

We are extremely disappointed in the condition the hotel room was in. Having traveled a long journey we expected to settle in a decent room but this room is beyond disgusting! the walls were extremely dirty, the roof is the bathroom was torn and almost leaking, the walls in the room are filthy with mould. We reported the incident to the staff and had to checkout immediately. This property does not deserve to be listed here!
