We demand proper property and food bill from hotel but they deny to give same. But they promised us about give same at the time of check in. So we are not comfortable with dealing of staff.

Dear Guest,Thanks for the valuable feedback.We are thankful that you choose us for your stay.Sir as per my knowledge and your second review, you were asking for room bills and as it was a Mmt online booking we are not advised To give bills direct to the guest.In your second review which had been posted by your friend Mr.Bhardwaj is also here and in both reviews we are founding doubts and till morning you were 100% satisfied but after the Room bill discussion we were down to terrible.Even I have spoken to you personally and you told me that it's fine we will collect it from MMT then.I request you to visit and enjoy the sevices again but we will be unable to give you room bill again if you book through MMT or any other portal.No discussion had happened over the food bill as per my knowledge.Thank you

The hotel was below quality and even the hotel does not give u gst invoice even when it is demanded. Structure not a good choice for corporate travellers

Thanks a lot for the valuable feedback Sir.GST invoice is issued to Make My Trip from where you have booked your stay.Even at the time of check out you were happy as per our record but suddenly we went to below quality just because of bill.As per the terms of Make My Trip and Hotel the bill will be issued to the company only not to the guest.And kindly suggest on structure in detail so that we can change it specially for the corporate travellers.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The owner is very courteous and extremely helpful. Cooperative and supportive staff. The cleanliness, delicious and lip-smacking dinner and breakfast items were value for. It's a great place to stay.

Location is ok on the highway. But hotel staff are not professional. They don't provide towels and water. Even car parking at owner risk in hotel premises. Hotel entrance block by some party clients.

As hotel is located away from crowd and market place. It was completely safe to stay. And they followed all safety measures as well. Overall it's good hotel. Nice location with clean rooms. Tasty food. And services were all up to the mark. Worth it to stay in the roop hotel. Go for it.

businessExcellent hotel to stay in sunder nagar. One of the finest mutton rara i have ever had in my life. Owner mr. Neeraj is so kind that he allowed me to early check-in at 6 am. There's no wifi but owner neeraj arranged a dongal for me. Only set back in this location is that there in no auto taxi stand nearby this location you have to walk for atleast 1. 5 km to reach auto stand. But for hotel ; staff ; food i will give definitely 10 out of 10. Will stay in this hotel again and again
