Very friendly Staff, relaxing ambience, loved every bit of our stay with lemon tree, you guys are doing a great job by employing special people. The chef was great he was happy to even prepare dishes that were not on the menu.

Stay was comfortable and food served in breakfast was good. Cleanliness was maintained well and staff was courteous.
Located in the city center and had easy access to railway station and bus stand. Good for business travelers. Would recommend it to my friends.

It is an average hotel. Hygiene need to be improved to bring the hotel to recommend for others. Food quality was good and we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel itself. Food is value for money and not the stay. We may not recommend for others for stay as cleanliness is below average.

The stay was made very comfortable by the hotel staff. They are very helpful and I am happy with their service. They could work on the food though which I felt was not up to the mark. It would be nice if they could add some south Indian dishes for the breakfast buffet.

It was a nightmarish experience to stay with these cheats. Rooms, bathrooms were stinking. Blanket are in pieces and were so dirty that I threw them out of room and used only bed sheet in the month of Dec, luckily hot one.
Curtains are so dirty that you would not dare to touch them. Beds are made of steel and wood combination and so noisy that you can not sleep. Room size was hardly 9x9 ft. They provided me one room at my arrival but for second room, I was made to wait up to 10.00 PM. This was not hotel building but an old kothi in backyard. Overall it was the worst experience of hotel stay.
