Hotel Om Tower & Revolving Restaurant

Room booked was super deluxe but the rooolm provide was deluxe with no amenities as mentioned during booking were available..

The overall stay was good, but faced some issues like No Wi-Fi, the TV was not working and bathing scene was complicated as there was only a bathtub which was not in a usable condition.

Our stay was disappointing—bathroom not working properly, room and bathroom lacked cleanliness, making the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant for us. Definitely not up to the expected standards.

The food and location were good, but the amenities were not provided. Moreover, the room we stayed in was different from what was shown on the website — we had booked a Super Deluxe room, but were given a Deluxe room instead.

prons. stay was good, food and restaurant was amazing. parking space available. Cons, bathroom floor tiles are same as of room therefore they are slippery, room service can be improved as food is not delivered in the room. Rest was good

The environment of the property is serene and peaceful, offering a unique experience with its revolving restaurant that gives you a beautiful panoramic view of the Pink City — a definite highlight! The entire stay was marked by cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooms were spotless, well and equipped with all necessary amenities. We were particularly impressed by the hygienic standards maintained throughout the property — from the common areas to the dining space, everything was neat, fresh, and thoughtfully organized. It’s evident that the staff takes great pride in keeping the premises tidy and guest-friendly. Overall, it was a comfortable and hygienic stay with a warm atmosphere and top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaipur and looking for a mix of comfort, elegance, and a touch of something different!

Stayed here recently and had a very unpleasant experience. The hotel looks nothing like what’s shown online. 🔴 Room Condition: Extremely poor. Paint was peeling, wooden fixtures were damaged, walls were cracked, and the overall room felt unhygienic. 🔴 Bathroom: Most sanitary fittings were either broken or needed staff help to use. Sink was loosely installed with visible dirt buildup. Not suitable for kids or elderly guests. 🔴 Cleanliness: Moldy mirror, stained walls, dusty headboards, and unsafe wiring (electrical switches were taped!) – absolutely not up to standard. 🔴 Service: Delayed and unresponsive. Every small request took multiple calls to housekeeping or reception. 🔴 Unjust Charges: Even after paying for a child while booking, I was charged extra for an additional bed at check-in under the pretext of hotel policy.
