Room not clean, bathroom also not clean, no facility of hot water. Tap not working properly

I tired to reached hotel i call many times but no response i got msg from mmt in that mension location is wrong when i reached that location no found hotel my 3 hrs is waste not happy

This hotel owners&staff is cheating to customers. If your searching the hotel address by gps it's seems wrong address. This is fully hotel's management game. It is very bad hotel. And staff behaviour is too bad. No a/c, no bed-sheets change, in bathroom there is a damaged buckets, and very dirty hotel. Condoms also sens in rooms. Totally, in my whole life i feel very bad experience. I suggest to make my trip, please break-up your tie up from that hotel. Other wise your reputation is going fully damaged. Thanking you.

One of the worst hotels in hyderabad as ac is not working, linens are not washed properly and there is a fusty atmosphere

Washrooms were unclean. And hotel is couple friendly and the things happening there isn't acceptable.

I was faced terrible experience to this hotel they are not allowing to checking until you pay additional 500 per night for non ac room and 1000 per night for ac room. Rude behaviour by hotel management they are fighting with us to pay extra otherwise leave. When we moved with couple to new place it’s difficult to face this type of behaviour. Rooms are dirty and bathroom are dirty. Beded having many stains of oil and other. It’s very horrible to stay there. We don’t have other options and we stayed only for two nights and done the check out early

Hotel looking very very bad and worst in condition, they not given proper to us, shifted us to one room to another room randomly and blankets not changed, washroom is looking like red in color with dusty and mud, taken extra 400rs charged, not even respond to give the room, telling that no rooms available present. I need my money refund, otherwise i file a case on everyone for this, kindly resp-on immideatly.

1. Room way too much time to get rooms ready 2. Rooms did not have keys to lock them from outside 3. Ac not working 4. Worst washrooms, no cleaning whatsoever. 5. Bedsheets not changed, the new one also had stains. 6. Location and name not updated. 7. No dustbins in rooms. 8. Towels, soap etc. Not provided.

They are asking extra money, there is no proper working ac
