soloDenied entry to me. I have paid for room. No breakfast facility available. No towel provided by hotel. Toilet was not cleaned. The hotel is only used for couples for 2-3 hours. Worst MakeMyTrip hotel.

Worst hotel ever

The rooms are not even 10% similar to the shown in the pictures. Even after booking through make my trip they said they cannot take it into account as they have stopped all online transactions. The staff is very noisy and usually till late night 1 they will be yelling and shouting all around. Overall the worst experience I've ever had in terms of a hotel.
