I had booked a hotel from make my trip app, after reaching there they asked us extra charge rs 500, without this extra charge hotel staff did not allow us. It is terrible experience.

staff was unfriendly room was dirty it is mentioned it is oyo property but not this was not true they took 400 rupees extra for room as i have to stay there as my relative is in hospital near by but staff and food was so poor so i left hotel in evening. i suggest not to enter in that hotel to everyone

Only for budget traveller

No option for breakfast other than their own choice for that day. Did not change bedsheets despite request. Did not clean washroom even once in 3 days of stay despite request. No towels/soaps in room unless one asks specifically. Paratha was burnt. Polite staff but useless.

Not good

Room is very small. Toilets have no flush. First they denied to give us breakfast, after rechecking provide breakfast. Not that much varieties, only bread butter and poha. Overall experience is not good. Not good for families.
