amenities and services is so bad and the rooms also they haven't a good locking option and the network connectivity is also so bad fan is not working properly

The room was not clean, the tv was not working and hot water was not available. Free car parking mentioned during hotel booking, still hotel staff have charged rs 300 extra for the car parking. Also as per mmt, the hotel name is mentioned as hotel o arambol beach, however the hotel's actual name is arambol inn.

Room was very ugly.could not stay for more 10 mins.toilets were ugly.rooms were ugly.photos are old.dont book at any cost.u will regret.i want full refund .but denied

Rooms are horrible.i did not check in the hotel.i asked for refund.washrooms are like public toilet.

It's very worst hotel ever i have seen, there's no cleanses, it's as good as garbage point. Dirty smell all over hotel. Hotel staffs behavior is not good, they're like goonda's. Even they've not kept towels and soaps for customer.

The hotel didnt have lights and the toilets were disgusting wifi was not working laundry were not provided took so much time about 1 hr for check in staff was not polite

We did not check into the hotel. We left hotel within 30 mins. All the rooms offered were dirty, ugly and not cleaned since ages. Toilet gave us feel of public or train toilet. Hotel dont deserve a single star. Pls remove the hotel and give me full refund which i have lost i have been cheated by hotel photos of hotel is misleading pls give me full refund. I am not happy with voucher given. I want full refund. I dont think justice is done. Hotel is fake and i am feeling fooled

no hot water. Hotel name is change no food facility no hot water wifi not not avalible proper asked 200 extra charge. Even tv and fridge & electric kettle is not available. Ac is not working properly hotel reception boy very rude to open room balcony need two people only 4th class employee behaviour is good total wastage of money
