I never stay there. I can’t find the hotel. No response. You have not share hotel person number. It’s very bad

They denied my stay, stating that they cannot provide at the cost what i have booked for and demanded 700 rs additionally to provide the room. At last team informed me that the hotelier will refund the additional charges collected by them. But actually they didn't refund. Again i informed the same , asked me to collect the gst invoice from the hotel, so that they will refund the amount on behalf of the hotelier. Again here comes the twist, because the hotelier has not given me the gst invoice rather he provided a cash bill without any seal and one more twist was the cash bill was not in the name of the hotel name red fox, it was in the name of almighty homes. Hotel room was not such bad, was bit decent.

The property is locked and mangers won’t take any callls thought the booking was confirmed I had to stand on the road for three hours and finally vacate without even checking in

In hotel extra collected rs. 800. So pathetic service. We didn't expect from make my trip. On that room stinky smell. Fully cigarettes smell around the room, when we check in. No intercom in the room. No bedsheets. Ac is so sound and very dusty. So our throat was infected.
