Best service in Allahabad.

Rooms are very ugly and bathroom horrible

The worst experience of life to stay in a Hotel. No proper was room, no intercom, no arrangements for morning tea, no breakfast even against payment.

My worst experience of stay in a Hotel. No commode. No flush in toilet. Rooms are pretty dirty and floor is also in bad shape. No internal phone system. Every time one has to go to reception for any service tarrif is quite high compared with poor standards.

Very poor service and poor maintenance.
Very bad shape. No western type commode facility, no hot water geyser, no proper food. As compared to tariff, feel totally disgusted.

Had a horrible stay in the hotel, none of facilities mentioned were found, no words to describe the pathetic state of hotel with no staff, no towel, no curtains, surprised how GST was charged, felt thoroughly cheated, will never recommend to anybody.

Staff is very supportive. But hotel is very dirty. Cleanliness is very poor. Room should not charge much money, it is totally local. *This is a translation of the submitted review.

Satisfied location was good because the station was near that.
There was no soap or sanitizer in bathroom for hand wash.

Even footpath are more clean then this particular hotel room.

Hotel was quite good and rooms are as same as shown in the picture.

The hotel staff are supportive.. It's quite far from Allahabad junction but there are auto and e rickshaw are available.. One thing is irritating there are not proper electric board in the room for Mobile Chairing..

The room is small and average room service is negligible. Bathroom has no light

Hotel services is quit good. And there staff is so helping. There lots of historical places near about the hotel. Sangam ghat is just 4km from the hotel. You can enjoy also movies near chandrlok cinema

Hotel is situated good location is near to rambagh and chandralok cinema staff was good and best service room was good not best tv good picture quality overall good stay only for officially and single food like home.

1st of all those who rate this hotel low, mind it charges very less. Coming to my review - It was good stay as I was given a room and was made sure that it fulfilled my requirement of studying with zero noise as I had been there for an examination. Location wise it is at the best place to reach for. Facility wise it lacks a bit but again it is not over priced. Indian toilet seat with attached washroom (buckets and mugs not that clean) along with the room were good. Food was home alike.

Not satisfied with hotel was not clean even they where not changing bedsheet also filtered water was not available in hotel food was good. Some staff where good some where very rude they don't have manner how talk with people poor service

Room was small but clean. Filter water to drink was not available. Room had mosquitoes but there was no repellant. The stay was okay but it should have been a little cheap. Towel was not available. There was no supply of warm water.

Feeling like home, very good service and behavior reception is also good but something is that when I go at hotel my room is not ready I go at 5 PM while standard check in time is 12 PM but overall good thanks makemytrip.

Hotel staff is friendly. Good sanitation and food but the hotel is old fashioned. Was also far from station and was difficult to find at night. The room was also simple, not a standard one. Some other small things like soap and towel was also not provided.

It was a mixed experience. THIS HOTEL IS A BUDGET HOTEL and its in the centre of Allahabad city. 3 km away from Allahabad railway station and yep. Hospitality is OK once again not too much really. Over all OK one.
