As per hotel condition it's not worth of as per charages firstly hotel name is veer sarthak instead of crystal secondly room condition is very bad ac is not working properly dinner & breakfast quality is not good he purchase from local rare y stall & so many issues in this hotel & room

In this hotel completely thing was different, no proper cleaning, hand shower was broken, bathroom was just hilarious, bed sheet is dirty. In breakfast there is a parantha & tea no other option. In this amount this is not worth it

the cleaning was pathetic. warm water was also not available. even the door of room was not closing and the manager said we can leave the room open as there are cameras. also he gave a wet towel and said it will dry in room itself.all these problems led me to leave room a day earlier before planning. it was a horrible experience for me

It was a pathetic experience. The condition of room was bad no hygiene level. They have no kitchen in the hotel. Lift was not working. Towel was not available. soap was not available. Completely waste of money. Please remove this hotel from your list it's so bad.

Room quality is below expectations, room service worst. They do not able to provide oil and shampoo pouch which cost them only 2 Rs. No packed water bottle. Water providing in room is used packaged water bottle by customer don't have camphor. AC is on off mode no AC remote in room. TV Remote not working. My package includes breakfast but they don't have choice only 1 aloo pyaj prantha and tea. As per them they don't able to provide breakfast before 8:30 am means we plan according to them
