coupleWe had to upgrade the rooms as the premium rooms were suffocating with no windows, with a curtain only for bathroom. Moreover there was a stinking smell in the rooms. No complimentary air port pick up and drop as mentioned in the package. Less breakfast items, most items in the menu were not available

after check-in to the hotel we have been given 2 rooms at 3 PM. we placed our luggage and after fresh up we went for dinner around 6 pm. After returning back to hotel at 9 pm hotel management told uus that we have been allocated to Royal suite whereas we have booking of premium suite due to unavailability of premium suite during our check-in. This was not informed to us during check-in and we were very surprised and they asked us to pack our luggage next day to shift to premium suite rooms. next day we shifted to premium rooms where bathroom doors were broken, no bathroom towels were given. we need to wait to get 2 towels for 40 mins. so really bad experience with lots of money.

We just stayed for a night to catch our flight next day. We stayed in their classic suite, room size was big and clean. It was pretty decent for the price we paid for. Front desk folks were helpful whenever we asked for help including booking taxi to airport. Breakfast was decent with limited options. But we had ordered for veg and chicken sandwiches for the evening which was really a joke. Veg sandwich they had put tomato and cucumber with salt & papper and for chicken sandwich they just shredded chicken from gravy and stuffed it! otherwise it was a value for money

Worst experience ever in a hotel sta!

businessThis is the worst experience i had while staying in any hotel. Electricity issue, no service, payment issue, food quality. All the attributes of a bad experience are there. I had to spend one day & night with the help of candles. What worse can happen. Hardly you can find any room service or some one at the reception. It's kind of a ghost house experience. Very disappointing!

Location is very convenient as it is at a comfortable distance from the airport and the jetty. Food is not good at all. Lots of improvement required here. It is better to walk along the road and have your meals in the nearby sai restaurant. Rooms and staff are quite good.

Mm t is a really terrible app this is the second time we are facing issues with the booking low prices are shown on the mm t app and when we booked it the hotel denied us for check in. I am never gonna recommend mm t for booking hotels or anything. We were with family and got so troubled with it
