The hotel is undergoing construction and the condition of rooms are not suitable for staying in. So, it shouldn't have been there on mmt. Also the price is too high according to the rooms.

The hotel was like a abounded house. Electric switches were broken. There was alot of bugs and mosquitos. Very worst stay for me till now. It should not be a hotel. It does not follow any standards to be a hotel.

businessPoorest quality of the hotel, not care about hygiene and cleaning. Foul smell comes out from bed sheet and room. We have the picture of room and washroom. Discomfort stay.

Due to lock-down the hotel is closed for near about 1 year due to which the smell comes. As per proper schedule the bed sheets and room is cleaned every day. We have separate sweeper for bathrooms. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Wonderful stay

The location was good. I didn't include breakfast. Room was clean, ok for single person. Staff behavior was very good. Room don't have heater, which was a problem because in Jammu it is very cold. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

This was a poor experience I liked the stay. The hotel did not have any electricity as a powercut was going on and they did not have any power backups as well. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The cleanliness could have been better. The hotel lacked staffing as there is only one guy doing everything. It was not worth the money I had to pay.

Sir we have proper back up of electricity. As on ur stay the electricity of the entire district is off from 2 days that’s why the problem comes. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have hot water facility in every room for 24 hour. We have only 8 rooms so the staff is limited to 2 people’s.
