Clean and good hotel with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. However, the parking space is limited. I had to park my scooter on the roadside due to the lack of proper parking. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and convenient.

The rooms shown in the search pics have no similarity. The pillow covers were torn, towels and bed sheets had stains. Toilets were smelly. The wooden fixtures in the room were broken and not properly maintained.

Rooms are not clean. Used sheets and pillows were given. Bathrooms are also not well cleaned. Rooms shown on app don't match what you get.

Very bad property. This property is in very bad shape.The staff is very rude and badly under trained. Power keeps on going in the room due to tripping Landline phone given in the room is not working. And on top to call for reception you have to go there personally for every single need. Food is terrible and very unhygienic.The biggest of all the issues is bed bugs infested beds. We got bitten throughout the night. And even the towel’s given to us were torn from many places. This property is a total mess and one shouldn’t waste their money here.

The resort experience was quite disappointing. The hospitality at the reception, especially in the morning, was extremely poor—the staff member on duty was rude and unhelpful. The first room provided to us did not have hot water. When we asked for hot water supply, we were told that non-AC rooms do not get hot water and they only provide coils, which was never communicated earlier. After a long discussion with the managers, they finally shifted us to an AC room, but then took away the remote, which felt very unprofessional and petty. To make things worse, we also felt that our charger went missing during housekeeping. We remembered keeping it in the room, and it disappeared after the staff came in, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was very bad, and I would not recommend this resort. Yes, the view is good and the food at the restaurant was okay, but many other hotels in Varkala offer the same or even better views with much better service. It’s better to choose one of those instead of this place.

It's worth the money I spend—it's near the cliff, has beautiful direct entry, and the stay is safe and beautiful.

The stay was not so good, not so bad. The resort is attached to the sea and the surroundings are beautiful but the quality of service is not so good. Inconsistent Wi-Fi. The rooms are not well maintained. Improvement in water supply needed. The food is great however they do not provide complementary breakfast. Good for one night stay.

The rooms and all were decent, but I wouldn't say as far as they were amazing for the price. It was a steal deal and stuff. It was decent, okay. It cost around 2600 for a standard AC room, not deluxe, and breakfast was not included in that. So it was okay. And bathroom, I believe it could have been a bit better. You know, the space between, you know, the placement of the washbasin and the door, you know, the door was tucked in easily when I opened the bathroom. So that was a bit of hassle. I think it could have been a bit more better for the, especially for the price range. And the location was actually kind of good thing and it was near to the Black Sand Beach. So that was great. That was a great thing.

Non AC Standard Room was very Small. 2 people could just fit in it. 1 ltr Water bottle was given. No hot water facility. Food was Good.

Very poorly maintained rooms, bad smell coming from almost all rooms, staff is totally non-cooperative,,reception phone is not working and even we call directly to reception from mobile things will be undone only.floor is wet all the time.. I myself did cleaning of the room. Food is below average. They are just taking advantage for beachfront location.otherwise very poor management. This hotel should be blacklisted I have done almost more than 10 hotel bookings for myself and my circle but giving first time this type of bad review because of having very bad experience at this hotel.. anyone never book this hotel..
