Grand Mercure, Ahmedabad Gift City An Accor Hotel

The property is good, well maintained, rooms are net and clean the problem was they have merged single bed into double bed which doesn't make fill comfortable

We had a wonderful one-day anniversary stay. The room was cozy, service warm, and the swimming pool experience unforgettable. Perfect short getaway, making our special day truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The facility Had excellent breakfast and god variety of cuisines, live counter had prepared everything as per the likings. The pool and room amenities were spick and span. Rooms had a nice view and lavish interior

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. For a property that claims to be 5-star, Grand Mercure Ahmedabad Gift City completely failed on every front.

I liked the service I loved the food Service of Pavan was excellent Staff was really good and had very good behaviour

All service 5 out 5 rating like food and room service everything like reception and employee also , locality of this hotel amazing view and no smell in loby area I will stay next time in this hotel

Worst experience of any 5 star property, worst clearness even towel are also not proper, washroom essentials are also not proper avoid visiting this property if you have other options in same budget.

The stay at Grand Mercure was fantastic starting from check-in. The rooms are good. clean and adequate. House keeping, room service, breakfast everything was so good

Slow service in every department, breakfast , room service , at time of check inn , location is only usefull if you work in gift city .

Location and food are very good. Very silent area, no any disturbance of city traffic and horns. Staff behaviour is also good and friendly. They allow us to early check in and that was good experience for me.

This is my second trip to Gandhinagar and 2nd time stay at Mercure Grand. I returned to stay here based on my experience last time. Both times it was awesome experience. The property location, ambience, food, room service staff ved and pavan. And the staff at the breakfast dining area were all excellent. I hope to return soon next month..Hopefully with 1-2 family members. Thank a ton 🙏 🙌 ❤️

The property was good ambience was calm and soothing ,However the service provided was terrible after orderding for anything have to wait 1 hr for recieiving the order .
