The Grand Vinayak

The hotel was decent but still on expensive side considering the room size. It felt like a match box to be honest. I only needed the room for 2 nights so I didn't really care much about it. However from my previous travels I can assure that one can get a better sized room in less than what I was charged there. With similar food quality as provided here.

Very bad behaviour of staff. They told me they had closed booking than how this booking happened. They humiliate me without my fault.

I stayed at this property for three nights, and appreciate the friendly and high responsivess of the front desk and house keeping staff. The complementary breakfast was quite filling and delicious. The property could do better on cleanliness of the lift and avoid using the passage for storing chairs, cleaning material, and soiled linen. The Vinayak temple is adjacent to the property and the Akshardham shrine is a short walk away which the religious tourists would find convenient.

Average. Friendly checkin, quite a small room. Problems: AC cooling was weak (they offered to change rooms but the other room didn't smell fresh & were too tired to change rooms once we realized the AC was not working that well) & weirdly, they only had scaldingly hot water in the basin & taps! So taking a bath was impossible. :( This is a weirdly uncommon problem I've never encountered before!

One of the worst hotel that i visited in gandhinagar, and the room service was also very bad, i ordered a grilled sandwich and a tea. Tea was like cold drink that much cold, and sandwich was not properly grilled. And they have taken around 45 mins to place this order in my room. They serve the food in a tray, once i saw that tray it was very much dirty. When i told to waiter it's very much dirty, instead of saying sorry he start to stare me very aggressively. My car trays are much clean that tray. Room was very dirty. On electric kettle lot of dust. Over all i will give 1 star

Room is small in size. Average location. Food is good. The price is high for this of hotel. Hygiene of the hotel is above average. Safety is ok. Lobby area there is no air flow. Room hot water is good. A/c is good.

Hotel was premium. Washrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and warm welcoming. Overall it was pleasant to stay there

Comfy rooms, with excellent hospitality and good food facilities.

Location was near akshardham temple, it's easy to get cab and all. Food quality was really up to the mark and ambiance of restaurant was remarkable.

It was a very good stay at this hotel, well maintained and proper hygiene and cooperative staff. It's located at the corner having a temple aside. Loved it.

जिमख़ाना कॉम्प्लेक्स और अक्षरधाम मंदिर के नज़दीक अच्छा हॉटल में से एक हैं । वास्तव में ये महाराष्ट्र भवन हैं । जिसका ज़्यादा उपयोग शादी पार्टी जैसे कार्यक्रम के लिए किया जाता हैं । हॉटल में रूम क्लीन है । रेस्टॉरेंट टॉप तीसरा फ्लोर में हैं । प्रथम तल में हॉल हैं । विजिटर को कमरे में मिलने की अनुमति नहीं, सुबह के समय खिलाड़ी जो अलग अलग हॉटल में रुके है कुछ काम से मिलना हुआ तो बिल्कुल अनुमति नहीं दिये । बहुत ख़राब बर्ताव जैसा रहा । सुविधा है पर अवश्कय सुविधा जो सामान्य हॉटल में होती है पर उसके लिये 14 नंबर में कॉल करके कहना पड़ता था । कही ना कही सुविधाओं के देने के तरीक़े में सुधार की आवष्कता है । पर बाक़ी चीजो में हॉटल उस क्षेत्र के अनुसार बहुत ही अच्छा हैं ।

Pleasant environment, beautiful shri games h temple in hotel, delicious food, healthy breakfast, suitable for family, walking distance from akshardham temple.

All staff are very good & helping nature. Room are small but good. Break fast also nice.

The hotel looks like a premium business class hotel, but look closer, and you'll find shortcomings in cleanliness and amenities. Breakfast buffet too wasn't good.

Stay was good. The room was nice and clean with the necessary items. Services were great and hotel staff were very polite and helpful in everything. The only con i think is that the room could have been a bit more spacious.

Overall a good experience but the rooms dint have the windows. So suffocation was there, apart from it good.

Hotel was good to stay. Staff members were nice. A bit improvement is required on timely house keeping services management. And a proper hygiene maintainence in lift area.

This hotel isn't up to the mark. Staff is slow & doesn't know much. It took them 30 mins to do my checkout.
