FabHotel Shree Sai Residency - In Tungarli

The hotel didn’t reserve a room for me. I had to wait for about half an hour for my check in. There were some discrepancies between Fab hotels and the owner of the hotel regarding the rates hence they were not accepting my booking. After speaking to the Fab hotels customer care team, finally a room was allocated to me. The room was not clean at all, it had an unpleasant odour everywhere. The toilet seat even had poop on it so I asked for a change of room. The second room-condition was even the same.

Well-located hotel with clean rooms. Polite staff and good hygiene. Some noise from corridor, but overall comfortable.

Comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff was polite. Minor issue with Wi-Fi speed, but everything else was smooth. Recommended.

Here’s a review you can use: I stayed here for two days, and the experience was disappointing. The room had a TV, but no set-top box to actually use it. The bathroom lacked a mirror, which was very inconvenient. The AC was missing flaps, making it ineffective, and the bed had a dirty bedsheet. When we asked about the TV not working, they claimed there was a connection issue. However, the reception and other rooms had working TV connections, which felt misleading. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Hotel had 3 names when i asked for invoice of the extra money i paid they refused i was forced to call police finally got my money as vouchers back but yes if you really want to have a good trip in lonavala stay away from this hotel

1st of all the property location that make my trip gave was of some other hotel. It was a rainy night and it was very difficult for us to reach the og location. We finally reached the hotel but there was only one staff and he was very drunk. Before i bookef here i read the reviews and some reviews mentioned drunk receptionist. I thought now it would have been changed but no. Even though it was an ac room, we cannot adjust the temperature. The fan works only at one speed. Hot water was not working. I actually came for an interview next day and it was a one night stay for me so i adjusted. Families or tourist coming here, pls find some other good hotels/resorts. This is not at all family friendly. If you are coming here for just a one night stay, it would be okay, you can adjust.

The worst hotel experience, not proper electricity, no tea, no coffee, worst of worst

Room was very congested, we didn't able to charge phones because all plugs was damaged, and receptionist was drunk also, it was very bad experience.

Food was not good they served 1 aloo pratha between 3 people and a very little quantity of poha it was ok ok. Location was the best, hotel was avarage.

Poor service, poor standard, dont go by the pictures. Fab hotel is not fab hotel. It is dean villa. Too much confusion

Worst experience its was, frequently power cut, no service provided properly, what shown in pictures are completely different, pool waterfall is not working, when we ask staff to help the hav their own attitude, no basic things are provided like toothpaste n brush.

It was a very bad experience for us, the staff ms. Teju didn't know how to interact with guests. They talk very rudely. they made us wait for half an hour, and the man who came to give us the room drank a lot. The main thing is the room was very unhygienic and dirty. There was a foul smell in the room when we asked for room freshener they said we already spread and refused to give again. When we asked for the bill at the time of check out, they told us that we would have to wait for 3 hours. This was a very bad stay for us. We will never suggest this hotel to anyone. This was the worst experience ever. When we asked the receptionist for toothpaste he said our owner would not provide service that service if you want then you have to pay petrol charges.

Very low service no electricity property under construction and no lift no intrrcom so so many problems

I hired a single bed room for one day. I had a very bad experience with this hotel. The room is too small. Geyser is not working. Ac is not working properly. Wifi signals are poor. No tv. No intercom phone. Average hygiene. The employee's response is somewhat good.

Bathroom had one small light it was very low not filling like hotel room very dirty bathroom one liqude some which we used for all purpose it was smelling like very bad. Room cleaning was very bad no regular cleaning. Rooms had spider nets too-much dust. In break fast wadapav as mention breakfast included. We got cup of tea which had black durt on the rim T v was not recharged so we were unable to watch. No single bottol of water bottol being served. As mention it was just opposite. It was my very bad experience with the hotel. It was just deg-aster for us.

Stay was not good, tap handle was broken tv was not working, hopeless helping boy, unavailability all required things near hotel, there was many issues i had. Swimming pool was only for show case, found unclean. Helping boy was not helpful, he was looking so terrible and unhygienic. Overall experience was not good.

Don’t book it find another hotel. this hotel was horrible it’s neither have good service nor environment and staff never give good service to you. Lonavala visit only in monsoon otherwise cancel your trip and make sure you will visit only in next mansoon.

First of all the the room was ok. The landline was not in waking condition. Tv ac was also not in working condition. We had to call service to switch on the tv and ac. Second thing menu. Menu was kept but nothing was available in the hotel. Food ek namak reataurent me se aata he. Hotel owner ka jawab tha. K jo available he wahi milega. Mera sawal he k bhai menu kyu rekha he? third thing, property jesi photos me dikhai he vesi bilkul bhi nah i he. Sirf outside same he photo jesa but inside nothing. Na hume koi garden dikha waha na koi swimming pool. Forth thing, ek hi property 2-2 naam se show kar rah e he mm t pe. Fifth worst thing, jitni bar ap tea, water bottle, breqkfast, dinner order karoge utni baa r payment karna padega. Other hotels me ek sath billing kar let e he and ya-ha every-time u have to pay that to cash. I would not rec-commend the hotel. Worst experience.
