Terrible Stay
Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Firstly, the Front Office Manager’s behaviour was extremely rude — he has no manners or basic courtesy while talking to guests. Even after raising a complaint, his only response was, “Yahi hai rooms, lena hai toh lo, nahi toh cancel karo.” As we all know, same-day cancellations aren’t even allowed, so we were left helpless. Secondly, the rooms were in a horrible condition — broken walls, unfinished ceilings, dirty curtains, and an overall unhygienic environment. When asked, the excuse given was that “all rooms are under maintenance.” If that’s the case, then why are you even allowing bookings? The hotel should mark such rooms as sold out until maintenance is complete. I’ll also be attaching photos of the rooms so others can see the reality. Highly disappointing experience — not at all worth the price or the hassle.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly
We stayed here with family and it turned out to be one of our worst hotel experiences. The rooms were smelly and very poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major concern — the linens didn’t feel fresh and the bathroom was dirty. Throughout our stay, the room floor remained damp and wet, making it very uncomfortable to move around. The bathroom had serious leakage issues with water everywhere, which made things even worse. Though they changed our room later, it was more or less the same — smelly, damp and unhygienic. Even basic recreational facilities were in bad shape — the carrom board provided was completely worn out and not at all in playing condition . For the price charged, we expected at least basic hygiene and comfort, but it was a complete letdown. Would strongly advise others to avoid this place and look for better, more hygienic options nearby.

Average Stay
Rooms were of decent size with basic amenities. The infrastructure looked old and Average. The main problem was breakfast buffet. It had very limited 2-3 options and that were also not of good quality. Rawa was not properly roasted for upma, idli was dry and poha was also not tasty. The RO water provided in rooms had different taste and was unfit for drinking but hotel staff wanted to charge us for mineral water.

Excellent Stay
We arrived at Aureole Mrida late night but reception is awake and greeted very well,Also the amenities are best for price .The location is not far from expressway.The one thing mention about Aureole Mrida is that the staff is very honest because is forgotten my bluetooth earbuds ,I contacted them and they send my bluetooth earbuds to my by parcel service

Excellent Stay
The property is amazing but can be maintained more properly, rooms and washrooms are clean and neat, The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, The main lobby is also very beautiful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to travel from the city center. Overall I had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

not a good stay
poor stay..50 percent of amenities were not provided.. they confirmed that extra rental charges will be applicable incase fresh towel is asked.. no toiletries were provide.. limited breakfast options.. tiles were broken in bathroom..bed sheets were not clean. looks good in professional photos but it is totally different in reality.. garden slides were not cleaned. twice they made mistake in dinner which made us late and finally we had to go out at 10 pm.

Not Worth the Stay – Disappointed
We booked a 3-night stay at Aureole Mrida (May 5–8) but checked out early due to poor conditions. The room wasn’t clean, the duvet had cigarette burn holes, and the washroom was smelly and unhygienic. The biggest issue was the frequent power outages—despite backup, the constant changeovers were very annoying, I had stayed here 2 years ago and faced the same issue. Sadly, nothing has improved. Would have preferred switching hotels had I known this earlier. Definitely not value for money.

The hotel location was good and silent. but the swimming pool timing was very odd and pool was not cleaned had old speakers but not working when asked to staff to put on music so their answer was it wil work when the service man will come in evening. they hotel rooms where also Average as shown by in images. the services was worst when asked for plate they said it was chargeable and got it after my 2 to 3 reminders calls. overall it was Average stay.

Very bad stay
The first of the rooms were smelly, walls were damped, full of mosquitos. We had 3 rooms. Bathroom curtain had black fungus. Not worth paying so much for this kind of rooms. Such one room could be available at even cheaper rates. There is dust on the bed and some spider wombs.

Make my trip is frau
First I Paid almost 6000 rupees for room, Hotel actual cost for room which I had booked is 3500. Second thing room had spunky smell, bathroom smells badly . Morning breakfast is tasteless and not at value for money.Pathetic experience for me and family.

Poor experience and no amenities
Very poor services of the hotel, even charging for vacant plates and spoons. No tea and coffee pouch, no soap, no comb, no kattle. It was very surprised me when he charged rs. 50 for vacant plate. Very poor services of hotel. No amenities as such he is charging. Too much room and other charges according to amenities
