Staff said not to book through Make My Trip. Staff said they cannot provide inclusions provided on MMT booking voucher. They made me to pay extra amount for child. Bad behaviour by the staff.

everything was good .but charged me extra 200 the receptionist told the room inboooed was not available and he is giving me the deluxe room.it is the same room I book, and charged me extra.

The environment was calm, accommodation neat, and staff polite, every interactive reflected thoughtful management and care.

My Experience with Hotel Check-In via MakeMyTrip MakeMyTrip informed me that I could check in 2 hours prior without any issues. However, when I reached the hotel, they demanded an additional ₹500 for early check-in. I explained that I only needed the room for a quick fresh-up before a meeting and would not be staying overnight, but they still refused unless I paid extra. They even suggested that I cancel my MakeMyTrip booking and check in directly with the hotel. If I had done that, I would have received a 24-hour check-in instead of the 12 noon check-out system under MMT. With no other option, I had to pay and check in. My mistake was trusting MakeMyTrip’s assurance. Unfortunately, this is not the first time—I faced a similar issue earlier in Shenzhen, China as well. It seems MMT knows how to mislead customers and make extra money. In India, most platforms operate this way, leaving us to choose between a big bluffer and a small bluffer. Sadly, bluffing seems to be a common practice.

Wonderful Stay – Relaxing and Comfortable! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials like a comfortable bed, good lighting, and fast Wi-Fi. The location of the hotel is excellent – close to key attractions and transportation. The food at the in-house restaurant was tasty, with a decent variety in the breakfast buffet. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is that the room service could have been a bit quicker, and the AC was a little noisy at night. But apart from that, everything else was spot on. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Good value for money stay. Just a bit trained staff will get them more customers.

It's a quite good place to stay. Room was hygienic and the room service is also good and it's quite safe place where you log in at any point of time in a day. Finally, it's a very comfortable stay. No thanks

Stay was good. Property is pretty okay. Maintenance is also good. Needs little improvement from staff in terms of dealing with guest. They are just ok, can improve with some hospitality training. Rest all good.
