    Anytime check in check out .. Friendly odiya guys .. Clean pool .. The breakfast was good everyday .. Had so much fun in the pool. But it is not a value for money property .. Location was good .. Close to Calangute beach. Receptionist was good and we're very friendly. They did help us regarding our tour to various places. The best part was that they arranged a Harley Davidson for us few hours after we requested them for the same

    This has been the most horrible experience of my travel till date in my life. Never ever experienced cockroaches in the room. Anyboday can get sick with this type of rooms I visited Dona Terezinha with 10 more guests and will the very beginning we were not treated well. The rooms were not at all in clean and ready to stay condition. The doors were moist enough and some bedsheets were in spoiled state. There were no toiletries provided in the room It was mentioned we get free WiFi but the receptionist told to give him the cell and he will configure the WiFi password by himself. Except me nobody was interested in such type of treatment. The worst part was there were cockroaches in the room. How can anybody stay in such atmosphere. Rooms had Yellow lamps. Bathrooms were not at all hygienic. Despite asking the housekeeping to clean the rooms no one paid a heed to our request. We reached for breakfast on time around 8 am. But First the breakfast was getting ready for the Russian guests and later around 8. 45 am our breakfast was served. We even had some hot conversation with the team present there. In return the Puri vassal was directly kept with pressure on our table as if we are some greedy beggars. Not at all expected by such a renowned hotel registered on makemytrip.

    It was bad experience for me stay at Dona. The location is excellent but the services are worst then a local lodge, No room service, no housekeeping, no basic facilities. Only the pool maintenance is good. The breakfast has no choice, same menu repeatedly serving for all days. My check in was totally bad experience for me .. Although I have paid they made me too wait 30 mins at reception, they are not allowed me to step in room till I pay some balance amount. The rooms are stinking. No proper maintenance.

    Vey bad please do not book this hotel Your all money will vest. Make my trip please remove this hotel. Aur I will never any book from make my trip. There was no parking facility in hotel. Bad.
