I had reached early in the Hotel (8am) whereas normal checking time is 2pm. I requested Mr. Abhishek at reception counter to help me get ready as I had to go for meetings starting 9.30am. He was helpful enough to give a room as soon as it was vacated and allowed me to use bathroom even though it was a bigger room not meant to be allotted to me as my booking was for a regular room. Night when I came back, they had given me a good room which was clean, nice and comfortable.

First of all the guy at reception Mr. Saurabh was huge cooperative. The ambience of the Hotel was excellent with nice breakfast and sitting area. The outer sitting area was also awesome. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at dev mahal, jaipur, for three nights, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. While our stay started with a small hiccup due to a room mix-up (we had booked a luxury suite but were initially given a luxury room, the management promptly rectified the issue the very next day, as promised. The property itself is stunning, offering a beautiful blend of elegance and comfort at a very reasonable price. The ambience is serene, and the rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The dining experience was equally delightful. We ordered dinner and breakfast during our stay, and the food was delicious and well-prepared, meeting our expectations perfectly. However, the highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was polite, humble, and incredibly well-mannered, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their hospitality truly sets dev mahal apart. Overall, i’d rate our experience a solid 9. 5/10. Despite the initial mix-up, the beauty of the place, the quality of service, and the outstanding staff made our stay wonderful. I highly recommend dev mahal to anyone visiting jaipur for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
