Amazing service of staff. Awesome property in a scenic location. Stayed in hill view, lily and tropical. Tropical was the best.

Lovely green property with a great location and efficient staff. The rooms are nice though slightly starkly furnished.The airconditioner is directly on the face in the Tamboo House but we did not let that dampen our stay. Recommend a Resident Ornithologist for the fabulous avian species. The park was not open yet and that was a shame. Overall, we look forward to returning after the park reopens and we would definitely stay at Da'Orchid only.

Room comfort was excellent. Wi‑Fi and online payment reliability needs improvement—perhaps by enhancing infrastructure or offering alternatives. Food availability didn’t match the menu’s variety; clearer communication or menu curation would improve guest satisfaction.

Everything is fine but there should be some improvement of communication. No mobile connection works inside this eco-resort. The restaurant provided good foods at feasible cost.

Bhat kharap service hae room ka ac 9. 00pm key baad nahi chalrehihae, price ke hisab se bhat ghatia hotel hae, food be bhat kharap. In my opinion very bad hotel.
