Nestled close to candolim beach, dona alcina stands as a testament to vintage charm amid-st the vibrant goan ambiance. This old apartment building, while radiating the essence of a bygone era, offers a convenient and walkable distance to the beach, making it a haven for those seeking sun-soaked shores. Our 2 bhk apartment, equipped with a kitchen and essential amenities, provided a comfortable stay, though the aging allure of the building may not appeal to those yearning for contemporary ambience. The proximity to candolim beach and its lively shacks within 500-600m, along with the adjacency to delphinus market, renders convenience at your doorstep. The added bonus of cab and bike rental services opposite, a pharmacy within the same building, and a bus stand just across, enhances the practicality of the location. However, the vintage charm comes with its nuances. The aged apartments might not resonate with those inclined towards modern aesthetics. Additionally, some may find the cab service personnel a tad brusque. Given the influx of foreigners due to its closeness to the beach, it's noteworthy that costs might escalate. Despite these considerations, dona alcina retains its allure for those valuing proximity to the beach, local markets, and an authentic goan experience.
