Terrible Stay

Following are the problems we are facing. I am sharing all small issues which I am facing. No Wi-Fi in the room. For Wi-Fi either I have to go down to reception or to the lobby. My son can be seen sitting outside room to watch mobile. pathetic! Intercom not working. For any small thing I need to go down the stairs with my request. Very old and un maintained, dilapidated property Main door bolts are not working Electrical fittings are old and worn out. Power getting tripped for no reason and had to go down the stairs to call them for repair No door bell available Refrigerator is dirty and uncleaned and not working. Just there as a showpiece. There is no balcony. There is no so called beach view from the lobby. Many properties are available ahead than this property Sea/beach is barely visible. Where as the room charges are premium by claiming beach side property. Beach view room etc. No mobile tower, no internet near the hotel. Have to go out for internet use and calling No food arrangements here but they claimed in make my trip. We checked in at 4 pm and when we asked about food availability they said it will be available after 7 pm. Waited for the breakfast since 8am but it is served at 8:40 Breakfast is horrible, only bread, butter, tea, coffee is served. Who gives chana masala in breakfast!! For this they have charged additional 1k in the hotel room. Can you believe omelets are chargeable here! It is not included in the breakfast. There seems to be no food menu available here. not more than INR 3k per day property. Coral Beach hotel is misguiding tourist with good looking images and charging exorbitantly.

stay was decent. water issue whole night. Lights were not working in the bathroom.
