They surprised me with a delicious birthday cake and set up a private dinner with beautifully decorated buffet tables. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the celebration unforgettable. The property’s location is another highlight. Situated right next to the Gurudwara and in the heart of the bustling city, it offers a unique charm. The convenience of being so centrally located added to the overall experience, as it allowed me to enjoy the city’s energy and culture effortlessly. The combination of exceptional service, personalized gestures, and the prime location made my stay truly memorable. My stay at Conrad was fantastic. Even before my check in Roshni from the front desk team allowed me to upgrade my room for a discounted rate to a better room. This was done with utmost understanding of my situation cos it was my wife’s birthday. She also added complimentary decor and cake. Moreover I wanted to get a crafted cake made from outside and I couldn’t pick it up because of my official commitment, Ravindra from the team when requested showed up promptly and got the cake delivered in no time. The food and drink experience was also equally good! I might come back if there is fat discount 😅

Breakfast - food was good . Property location was easily accessible . Reception people only few were friendly and responded well .. after check in , no one helped in carrying our luggage becus in any other Conrad Bengaluru- Luxury by Hiltons staff helps us with our luggage… While check out I asked to help for the same .. Property was very clean and beautiful..

The property is very good , I was visiting fr the first time .location wise it’s in the heart of the city nearby to all the malls , shopping Centers like Commercial Street ..the room had a very beautiful view of the Ulsoor lake . Overall it’s a very good experience

The whole experience of staying in conrad was really enjoyable and very relaxing for my whole family, this was one of the most memorable christmas holiday for us. The staff in conrad was extremely helpful and friendly, made the stay even more enjoyable for us.

MY STAY AT CONRAD WAS LITERALLY PERFECT, it was my birthday and conrad was perfect for it and they made it pretty perfect and i would specifically thank mrs ajung for making my birthday even special 👍🏻

The rooms were too good with a positive atmosphere that the property provides its customers the stay was exceptionally great. The variety of dishes for breakfast were healthy and tasty too

The overall stay was good. We had lounge access room and the lounge had good view with tapas and all day snacks and tea coffee. The room was on the high floor with more space. It had pool view and the breakfast was delicious.
