No hot water. Security staff has no training, didn't even help us with bags - he was more interested in interrogating us on why were there. The additional bed we paid for was for a pillow and thin mattress on the floor. They couldn't even provide a decent bed. Reception staff were barely courteous. Three stars because the room was clean. This hotel has potential but it's run poorly. Breakfast gets ready only after 8. 30am so we didn't eat it both mornings we stayed although we paid for it. Because we couldn't wait that long and had to go out.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had lunch. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I don't have an image

When i searched hotels in chalakkudy, this very hotel was available for dates i preferred for the stay. And the locality was comfortable for my visit. So i booked it asap and paid the full amount for the same hotel. And once i reached the place, the very first thing the receptionist lady told that, they had bookings for the second day of my stay, for which i already paid, so i can only stay for 1 night and then have to check out the room without finishing my whole stay. And then i spoke with the general manager about the issue i was facing. Then he told the same issue with more arrogance. I've stayed at lot of hotels in various countries and this was the worst experience. please don't book this hotel.
