very friendly staff(Mr victor) and home stay is good for couples walkable distance from arambol beach ⛱️

This is the worst place i have ever stayed at not just in goa but i’m my entire life. 1. Hot water does not work 2. Wi-fi is very patchy. Bathroom smells like a gutter and you have to keep getting that fixed. The worst part? there was a rat infestation in the room where rats were stuck in between room and bathroom wall, scratching screaming all night and we have not slept a minute. There is no system and guests make sounds and noise all night and there are no rules. I myself had to get up and request for them to keep low, staff does not care about this. Dead cockroaches in room, casual hit spraying sessions. Room is smelly. Doors don’t shut properly. The rat ate my sisters shoe laces. Coming to this property during new years wasn’t just a bad experience but a total loss for me. Do yourself a favour and book another place even if you end up spending slightly more because this one will make you regret your entire trip. Most of my trip i was sending images and video to staff and owners on rat infestation. Disgusting place!

Rooms are very very small. Very dirty. No water no electricity. Highly recommended not to visit at all. Do not spoil your trip and holidays

Firstly the properly was under construction. And when i reached on site i did not get wooden cottage plus i was requested by the staff to adjust for one night in a damned room which was full of moisture. Plus at night there were to electricity backup and i had to sleep with no electricity

Only accommodation available, no food but it's worth to stay at the property nearby russian beach which is a kind of secret beach at mendrim.

Not recommended for a family stay, no light back up and drinking water otherwise as per price rooms are ok.

Had a pleasant stay, mr sachin is a great host. There is no smoking policy in the hotel, which is good. Wi-fi is decent

The place was very stinky and since it was a wooden interior so extra care should have been given but nothing was there. Ac was working but temperature adjustment was not there. Also the overall place was not at all clean and. Even the reception was empty and the owner came after calling thrice and showed us the room. Overall, very poor experience. I forgot to take pictures as we kept the luggage and went out but you can understand from this as we had to book another stay at a higher price for the next 4 days

Pros - a very nice and helpful host and at a very reasonable price. Cons- no food service and 300-400m away from the beach.

The reception was very good and friendly person overall it was best rooms were clean surroundings is beautiful

"casa de nirvana" in goa is a very nice place 5 min walking distance to beach which is peaceful, less people live there, it is relaxed area. Best place in goa according to me "casa de nirvana" is located in arambol there the behavior of the caretaker victor dad a is very good

I request nobody should go this place. There is nothing ac will not work, fan also not working, employees were very rude and not give any facility. Don't see this photos which they uploaded. It's old one. Worst experience.

Very budget friendly just that the rooms should be well cleaned otherwise everything else is fine the location is also good.

It was a very terrible experience. I had paid rent for four nights but i left that cottage on second day without any refund. We faced lots of problems there like unhygienic rooms, fluctuation of electricity, annoying sound of bed, bed bugs were there, no arrangement of tea, coffee and breakfast.

The stay was not at all matching with the photos and description of the trip the hotel was not at all maintained we changed 2 rooms still the ac was not working, drinking water was also not available the rooms were dirty bedsheets and blankets were not washed, they had no power backup, there was electricity failure 3 times in 2 days. Room was good, neat and clean. They can add some basic amenities. Location is good, nearby the beach, just at walking distance. Suraj, the caretaker, is helpful. Will recommend to others. Cheers.
