    The overall location and hotel is good but the service and room condition needs to be improved. Food is good especially the sea food (must try is the prawns biryani and fish tawa fry. Also the best thing about the hotel is its location has one of the cleanest beaches and least crowd. Also if some one is fond of continental food there are plenty of options around. One small tip if travelling in a two wheeler make sure it's full. Because the nearest petrol pump is at Vagator.

    Well it was still off season. And the hotel was doing some renovation so it was a little noisy and annoying. But other than that excellent location, The rooms are very nice (id suggest the sea view room mine was inside) The staff is very friendly. If you like peace and a good sea view this is a place. Ps if you are lucky you get to see dolphins from the sea facing restaurant.

    Very badly maintained during off season. No hot water, TV wasn't working, phones were not working. Overall experience was really bad. Things were not as per we expected. During season it was well maintain but during off season very badly maintain.

    Stayed here only for one night... I walked into this hotel after seeing it on MMT but when I checked with the hotel on rates then they were charging me more than the rates at MMT and when I asked if I can book through MMT they were reluctant to give us BF and good room. When we actually told them that we will complain to MMT then they finally gave us a better room. Also the BF was limited and not up to the mark. If planning for only stay then good but not if you want to use their services.

    Very Very poor service, no facility at all. I spent 3 days no one came for room service and breakfast was the worst only few options 3 to 4 were available and for that also they took 50 minutes to bring and food was also over priced. Did not even provide hot water for bath, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no locks for toilet, lot of insects. Do not spoil your holiday by choosing this resort.
