Very bad experience. No prompt service. Bed spread, bathroom and room are not maintained hygienically. Worst room.

The refused to give room as there was no booking as per him. It is just plain cheating by these people. I lost money in the bargain. The manager refused to see my SMS confirming booking and rudely told that he will not entertain me as there was no information from make my trip. It is total swindling of money as there was no response from both the site and hotel. I stayed in another hotel.

Bathroom water leakage, lot of mosquito are in room, there is no hot water, TV remote not working, overall waste of money. It's in outer ring road, there is no bus facility we have to catch auto to reach hotel, so don't waste money, mobile charging point not working.

Hotel have few issues like Geyser water unavailable in all rooms, housekeeping don't refill the sheets and towels, most of the lights are fused. Only one plug point per room! Since it's was a one day stay don't face much issue. Would recommend for short trip or solo travelers.
