Room size is decent and location wise. It is a good property. However, I did found bedsheets and pillow covers to be dirty, which I requested and the staff exchanged.

Not worth the money

I stayed here for a night and paid around ₹2300, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. I was given a room right next to the reception, which was extremely small, poorly maintained, and far from clean. There was rubbish lying around, the room had mosquitoes, and the linens were stained. Despite raising these concerns, the staff showed no willingness to acknowledge or resolve the issues. I could barely manage to sleep through the night, and the entire experience was highly disappointing. Definitely not worth the money — I would not recommend this place.

Everything was good but there were amenities like they gave me a single towel and the big issue was for drinking water they just gave a single bottle of water and didn't give a complementary water bottle.

Poor Stay

The location is good and easy to find. The staff is helpful and courteous. The room size is very big. But there are some issues- the parking inside premise is very limited and not always available, you have to park outside. The rooms are not well furnished, tables are limited and cutlery in kitchen is not provided by default. The electric kettle is dirty. The light switches are not well placed, no bedside control for any light. Noisy environment, lift motor noise, water drainage noise and beep sounds. The stay was only ok and not comfortable enough.

Hello Sir, We have 3 dispensers available in which I which we have placed all the amenities also as infirmed before RO water is available however like all other places mineral water is on chargeable basis. If you facing sincere issue we will take care of these.

Worst hospitality

Worst experience ever. Initially the room that was allocated. Balcony door was not getting closed. Then after having a word they agreed to change the room to a different one. However, after spending couple of hours in that room. The room have 100+ insects as the room was not properly cleaned and remained dirty. It is not expected after paying approx 2k for not even 24 hours. We have to change the room twice and all our time got wasted in changing the room only. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst.

Hello Sayan, Sorry for the issue caused but wanted to mention during this season flying insects are getting attracted towards light, for the same we informed the guests to keep close the balcony on checking found that the balcony door was kept open by the guest. Twice the room move was given and upgrade too but guest was not ready to listen and understand the scenario

businessMy experience at av a hotel is very worst, first of of this is not a guest, they have just taken rent of apartment and use as guest house. Service is very poor. For each facility, water, tea kettle, slipper tea bag everything you need to request. Unprofessional staff. I would request strictly do not recommend any one for this hotel. As per you the location was remote however that property is located in cyber city and full of plants.
